CHEW will provide the following:

All required permitting and on-site necessities required by the City of Dallas
Space within/by the Pavilion to set up a table and cages (Table and chairs are not provided)
Recognition on the WR Dog Walk Webpage under Rescue Partners

We agree to the following: We agree to set up our booth prior to the start of the event (7:30am). We agree to have the appropriate number of volunteers onsite to manager our booth and adoptable dogs (number of dogs NOT to exceed 10 dogs - unless otherwise agreed upon)

We agree to bring dogs that are vaccinated (proof of vaccinations will be required), free of parasites, and not from a shelter environment for a minimum of 3 weeks. We agree not to bring dogs showing signs of upper respiratory infections, diarrhea, or vomiting be brought. CHEW is committed to maintaining the health of pets in our community and appreciate your cooperation.

We agree to promote CHEW’s event on all social media platforms, and Newsletter, if applicable. We agree to run at least 1 Facebook and Instagram “Story” in March and at least 2 Facebook and Instagram “Stories” in April prior to April 21st. We agree to have CHEW’s event in at least one Newsletter, if applicable.
